  • We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of Heels, Boots, Heeled Sandals, Flat Sandals, Ballet Pumps, Loafers, Flat Shoes, and Wedges.

  • Regional details:

    • Europe: 7–10 business days

    • Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days

    • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

  • Disclaimer: Shipping times may be affected by customs inspections, extreme weather, natural disasters, port congestion, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events. While we work with top-tier logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays are beyond our control.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.

  • To qualify, items must be unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Customized or personalized footwear

    • Clearance or heavily discounted (“final sale”) products

    • Gift cards

Buyer-Paid Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

  • PayPal refunds typically take at least 14 days; in regions where local laws require up to 30 days for PayPal reversals, refunds may take as long as 30 days to appear in your account.

Refund Procedure

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided, clearly marking the RMA number on the package.

  3. After inspection, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment account.

Post-14-Day Requests

  • If you contact us after the 14-day return window, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange, store credit, or repair service, depending on item condition and inventory availability.
